パンツやシャツは採寸するたびに大きくなっているそうです。
見た目にも はち切れんばかりの筋肉隆々。

 

嫌いな筋トレをこなし、この1年間で体重が10㎏増えたそうです。

というより筋肉が10㎏増えたというのが正しいのかもしれません。
加えて体力のなさを痛感したため、走り込みもこなしている模様。
